Sam is Chairman of Altium Ltd and Ecos Corporation, Deputy Chairman of GLG Corp Limited and a Non-Executive Director of OrotonGroup Ltd, Housewares International Limited, IPGA Limited and Open Universities Australia. He is Treasurer and a Non-Executive Director of the Sydney Festival and a Senate appointed Director of the University of Sydney Union. He is a graduate of the 2002 Sydney Leadership Program.(First appointed 2005)

Vice President: Robert Fitzgerald  AM, B Com, LLB
Formerly a commercial solicitor, Robert is currently a full time Commissioner with the Productivity Commission, and was formerly NSW Community and Disability Services Commissioner. He is a past President of the Australian Council of Social Services (ACOSS) and founding Chair of the National Roundtable of Nonprofit Organisations.(First appointed 2006)

Honorary Treasurer: Tanya Gilerman BEc, CA, CPA
Tanya is a partner in KPMG Sydney's Audit and Risk Advisory Services. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a graduate of the 2006 Sydney Leadership Program.(First appointed 2005)

Rebecca Dee-Bradbury B Bus (Marketing), MAICD
Rebecca most recently led the turnaround of Barbeques Galore as Group CEO. She has a background in orgainsational transformation having held key roles within McDonald's/DDB Needham, eVentures (a Newscorp company), Pepsi Cola Bottlers and Maxxium. Rebecca is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.(First appointed 2008)

Margaret Hetherton MA, Dip Soc Wk, Dip Soc Res
Now retired, Margaret was formerly Chief Executive of the Mercy Family Centre and has filled Board and management roles in other aged care and disability service organsiations. She is currently a member of the Board of Karlaminda Hostel and is involved in research and advocacy work with refugees. She has published social research in relation to the legal profession, sociology of religionand adolescent development.(First appointed 1997)

Joan Lind BA 
Joan is Head of Client Services at Lowe Rivet. She spent eight years at M&C Saatchi, Sydney and has worked with government initiatives such as the Metropolitan Water Plan NSW and CityRail consumer communications. In London she was involved in corporate charity work including a children's mentoring initiative. In Sydney she has been involved with The Shepherd Centre, School for Deaf Children and Optus to develop communications for their relationship with Kids Helpline.(First appointed 2008)

Denise Lynch B Soc Wk, M Crim 
Denise is a Lecturer in the School of Social Work and Policy Studies in the Faculty of Educationa dn  Social Work at the University of Sydney. Her areas of interest are family welfare and child protection and she has a research interest in child refugees. 

Gary Moore BA BSocW MMgt 
Gary is Director of Community Services at Marrickville Council, located in the inner west of Sydney . From 1995 to 2006, he was the Director (CEO) of the Council of Social Service of NSW (NCOSS), the State's peak non-government human services body. Gary is currently a Board member of Charities Aid Foundation Australia and the Centre for Volunteering and is Chairperson of Healthy Kids - the NSW School Canteens Association.(First appointed 2006)

Julie Rosenberg LLB (Hons), LLM (Hons) 
Julie has a background in corporate and finance law with Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Herbert Smith and Mallesons Stephens Jaques. She was General Legal Counsel to the Sydney Paralympic Organising Committee. She is currently Business Development Manager at the Australian Theatre for Young People.(First appointed 2001)

Justin Ryan BEc LLB, MBA, F Fin, MAICD
Justin joined Alesoc Corporation Limited in 2004 and was appointed Managing Director and CEO on 1 June 2006. Prior to this, Justins pent seven years in private equitty, where he developed his skills in acquiring, improving and growing a diverse portfolio of businesses. He retired as Chairman of the Australian Venture Capital Association in 2003 and was Chairman of Access Programs Limited (a not-for-profit Employee Access Programs Provider) from 2003-2008. Simone is Manager of the Strategic Planning Unit of Sutherland Shire Council, a Visiting Associate to the UTS Centre for Local Government and a past President of the NSW Local Government Community Services Association.(First appointed 1997)
