Future Directions: Strategic Plan 2009 – 2012
Our new Strategic Plan marks the next chapter in our organisation's story. We are not changing direction, or setting a new course, but simply starting the next leg of a continuing journey. We are building on what has gone before by adding a fresh perspective to reflect emerging challenges and to refine our strategic approach.
Over the next three years we will focus on:
- Creating and delivering initiatives that meet social needs and strengthen communities – Results in Communities
- Growing our knowledge, leadership and capacity to influence social change in Australia – National Influence
- Pioneering initiatives and programs that provide new solutions to social issues in Australia – Boldness and Innovation
- Having the people, culture, systems and resources we need to be a thriving organisation – Growth, infrastructure and sustainability
