A corporate partnership with The Benevolent Society.

Corporate partnerships play an important role in supporting the work we do.

Partnerships can come in a variety of forms, such as financial support, or support through corporate volunteering.

Through these partnerships, we work towards tangible outcomes for our clients as well as meeting the strategic objectives of our partners.

A partnership with us can boost employee engagement and generate customer goodwill. Most importantly it offers the opportunity for your company to make a significant difference to the lives of people who are most in need.

Involvement with The Benevolent Society is possible in a number of ways:

Corporate donations

Your financial support will help us design, deliver and extend our innovative services in the community.

We offer a number of programs which are at the forefront of achieving social change and improving prospects for the disadvantaged. Often these programs seek private financial support to achieve maximum impact.

Workplace Giving

This program facilitates pre-tax donations from staff salaries through payroll, an easy way for employees to support their community. Matching employee donations with corporate donations increases the impact and encourages more people to give. Consider a Workplace Giving scheme in your organisation.

Employee volunteering & skill sharing

Corporate volunteering is popular for achieving employee engagement and supporting the community in skilled and non-skilled ways. At The Benevolent Society we have many different opportunities for teams or individuals to offer their help through volunteering, such as:

  • working bees
  • work experience
  • pro bono skill sharing

In kind goods and services

A gift of goods, equipment or services will help us minimise our costs and provides us with necessary and useful goods to which we wouldn’t otherwise have access. For example, provision of goods or expertise for a fundraising event reduces costs and maximises funds raised at the event.

Social Leadership

Open to community, corporate and government employees, Social Leadership is a highly regarded  year-long leadership development program. Corporate sponsorship, funding of scholarships or sponsoring employee participation are ways to contribute.

Events

Hosting a table at our major fundraising event or assisting us in developing new events provides us with much needed support for our community programs and offers you a great opportunity for entertaining your clients.

Combining a number of these builds a genuine partnership that is sustainable and has a lasting impact on the community.

In the past, our corporate partners helped us:

  • Lease a community bus to extend support to our Community Aged Care programs.
  • Hold a significant fundraising event in support of one of our Domestic Violence programs.
  • With gardening and landscaping the grounds of a local aged care facility.
