- Meals on Wheels volunteer - Northern Beaches Food service Help deliver meals and support older people and people with a disability in the Northern Beaches. • Location: Warriewood starting point. Northern Beaches delivery area • Commitment Required: Select a roster that suits you - weekly, fortnightly or every four weeks.
- Gardening and social visiting - Bexley, Phillip Bay, Sans Souci or Allambie Heights Gardening/ maintenance Assist with the maintaining the gardens of our residental hostel and dementia care home while visiting with the residents. • Location: Bexley, Phillip Bay, Sans Souci or Allambie Heights • Commitment Required: on-going
- Recreational and craft volunteer - Bexley
Social support
Work with older people and assist with recreational craft and social activities in our hostel for older people in Bexley.

- Volunteer Home Visiting - East, Inner West or Western Suburbs
Working with children
Provide friendly support and practical assistance to a family with a young child.
• Location: East, Inner West or Western Suburbs
• Commitment Required: Minimum of 9 months - Beautician - Sans Souci Working with older people / disability Beautician sought to assist in hostel for older people in Sans Souci. • Location: Sans Souci • Commitment Required: as needed
- Friends visiting program Working with older people / disability Take part in a social visit with an older person or a person with special needs to provide friendship and regular contact. • Location: Various locations around Sydney • Commitment Required: ongoing
- Hand massage and manicure - Sans Souci Working with older people / disability Do you enjoy helping others with hand care/manicures? Spend some time with our residents chatting and massaging hands and doing nail polish. • Location: Sans Souci • Commitment Required: on-going
- Hydrotherapy Assistant

Do you like the water? Are you a competent swimmer?
Would you like to assist a client attend regular hydrotherapy classes?
