The Post Adoption Resource Centre (PARC) provides counselling, information and support services for adoptees, birth parents, adoptive parents and others affected by adoption.

PARC's services are available to people affected by adoption in NSW and the ACT. However, this website serves as a resource for people affected by adoption across Australia and internationally.

PARC is staffed by qualified counsellors with extensive experience in post-adoption and related issues.  PARC counsellors are able to see clients face to face at Bondi, Hornsby, and Parramatta.

PARC was established by The Benevolent Society in 1991. This followed the implementation of the NSW Adoption Information Act 1990, since revised as the Adoption Act 2000.  Government funding was provided to establish a counselling and information resource for those affected by adoption in NSW.
