Fees are charged for services. Concessions are available – no one is turned away because of an inability to pay.
PARC is not a crisis service. If you are expressing suicidal thoughts, PARC will refer you to an appropriate crisis counselling service. If you disclose abuse of another person, PARC is obligated to notify the police, Department of Community Services, or other emergency services if warranted by the situation.
