Group counselling is provided through a series of once a week evenings (usually 8 – 10) or specific day workshops which provide the opportunity to discuss issues surrounding adoption, search and reunion with others in a similar situation. Groups provide a unique experience of reflecting with others in similar circumstances in a confidential and non-threatening environment.

Groups are facilitated by two PARC counsellors or one PARC counsellor and an outside group therapist and usually involve between 6 and 10 participants.

When

See PARC’s Events page for information about upcoming focussed group counselling sessions.

Fees

Fees are dependent on the duration of focussed group counselling (e.g. the number of weeks). Some concessions are available.
