Telephone Support

Telephone support is available for clients in regional and rural areas who are not able to attend face-to-face counselling at one of our sites.

Our counsellors take telephone appointments if you need to explore your adoption experience in greater depth and are not able to see a counsellor in person.

We have responded to more than 61,500 phone calls since we began providing post adoption services in 1991.

Hours

Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Fees

Fees are applicable after first three free sessions.  Fees are $40 per call or $15 for concession card holders.
